Freedom of speech in Forums

So over the past few days, several folk have had their topic posts locked over expressing their dissatisfaction over the way Bungie have been dealing with Destiny, not just recently but over a prolonged period and they have used freedom of speech within the code of conduct guidelines to ask that someone is held accountable for what they see as mismanagement and failings. We are supposed to be able to vent our frustration on forums, as long as they're respectful, not promoting violence, racial or sexual prejudice. Fk I remember during the debacles of Destiny 1, eververse ect where there were calls for a certain Community manager to go and people debated in Forums, in support of both sides of the argument. But now we can't even do that, because as soon as someone makes a forum topic, the ninjas or moderators shut it down, despite the fact its a valid topic that doesn't breach any code of conduct guidelines. It's something that happens in everyday life, people are held accountable, if folk are dissatisfied, they're allowed to voice their opinion, we see it in politics, sports, business etc. So why do Bungie ninjas act like Clerics? This isn't Equilibrium or the Thought police from 1984. [spoiler]Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate.
