Have you recently tried linking accounts or setting up cross save? It sounds like you may have inadvertently orphaned your original Bungie profile that all of these codes had been redeemed on.
You can attempt to recover an orphaned profile following the steps outlined in this article. Please note that it is important to follow the steps precisely.

Yes i linked my main account (Xbox) to my computer, now i dislinked them, but the emblems arent there.. i cant See them in my codehistory too.. im 100% Sure, i redeemed the Codes on my Xbox Account, because i had them Equiped on my xbox one Xbox characters. I dont know what to do now..

I cant unlink my Xbox one Profile here, because its the main Account. I just unlinked my battle net Account, but got the same Problem. I cant do a recover when i cant unlink the Xbox Account :/

You can’t be signed in to the profile using the account you are trying to unlink. You’ll need to have another account linked to the profile (your Battle.net one) and log out, then log in to the profile using your Battle.net authentication. Then you can unlink your Xbox account.

Link your Battle.net account to this profile so that you have the Xbox account and Battle.net account on this profile. Then log out of bungie.net and log in using the credentials from the Battle.net account. Now you should be able to unlink the Xbox account. Once done, log out and then try logging in with the Xbox account following the recovery instructions included in the link posted earlier.

I dislinked my Xbox one Account, recovered it and now it says the account is only 0 days old, But i had this Account even in destiny 1. and the code History on the Account is now complete empty, before there was the osiris dlc code. Sorry for my Problems :(

Sounds like you didn't recover the previous profile if the codes don't show up and your time on bungie.net is 0. So basically you've now created a third profile. Was there any chance you had another account linked on the other profile? Recovery only works if there are no longer any linked accounts on the profile. Unfortunately if the recovery process doesn't work there is nothing else that can be done.
