how remove linked account that you dont have access to?
some reason years ago i made and add some xbox account and now cant remember the details. cant do cross save until i work out the details and cant remove it because again dont know the details.

this is personal exeperiense i had as well and after going through the process both parties have been 0 help with getting it resolved. In my honest opinion i would not worry about it and just keep playing on the account that you are currently on. Yoou wont get anywhere and the people here on tech support are useless

Did you figure out how to unlink the accounts that you don’t have access to from bungie? I’m having the same problem. Except my accounts doesn’t exist anymore…

2 RepliesYou'll need to contact Xbox support to recover your account. Bungie cannot manually unlink accounts from users' profiles. If you are unsuccessful in recovering the account, you'll need to create a new Bungie.net profile and link your current account(s) in there. Note that creating a new profile and abandoning the old will result in you losing any purchased/earned special emblems as they are tied to the Bungie profile.
