I mean yeah if you're talking about an uncharged melee but you realize you have some of the most powerful charged melees in the game especially considering build potential?
If you think warlocks melee isnt up to par its likely because you are looking at it from the aspect of just pressing your melee key.

So we’re just gonna ignore Shoulder Charge huh.

Shoulder charge is only good for top tree striker with skullfort. It makes you give up bottom trees super as well. Shoulder charge is broken as hell but thats only ONE melee.

Uh... Shield Bash is going to start Suppressing? Shut down Supers WITHOUT Peregrines? And Peregrines ALREADY shut down Supers. First Crucible match I played after I got them and I killed a Striker in Super and a guy in a Well of Radiance.

I agreed it was broken but thats one melee compared to nearly all warlock melees. I also actually forgot to mention that Warlock melees synergize with the rest of the subclass to charge other perks. Obviously on paper titans sound more better but thats really only accurate for brain dead play. And they've already said shieldbash will only supress within 2m which is directly next to the person. Hammerstrike does dot to people near, and Striker does damage to people near. And of course none of this accounts for the fact that shotguns and last word exist. Plain and simply shoulder charge is broken but sacrifices everything else for low risk low reward play where as warlock melees require more than pressing your melee key but offer high risk high reward. If you know how to use a warlocks melee in crucible it is more lethal than a titans shoulder charge ever will be.

I mean not really. All the Storm melees just have a little extra range and one charges a few things a little. Ball Lightning just has a lot of range. Void melees give grenade energy, health ONLY on kill, or a knockback effect. Solar melees just burn them. None are capable of one shotting, they all require extra damage to kill. They don’t have much more range even with the melees that DO extend range. And since they’re slower, if you enter a melee vs melee fight you’re gonna lose regardless.
