Sorry you had a rough go.
It’s definitely not rigged, if you were playing Quickplay there is currently no skill factored into your matching so you are really just rolling the dice on what type of opponents you get. You can try any of the other playlists to try to get more even matches.
After October 1 we are making a lot of changes to playlists, adding a solo queue to Competitive, and doing some other improvements to Crucible. Try it out and let us know if you like the changes. Thanks!

Cozmo, people have pretty much concluded that matchmaking tries to force a 50% win/loss ratio for years..It's why you always get teams stacked (Not necessarily fireteams) against you when you win too often as a solo.

It is completely rigged, I recommend you go to a friend's, that is Not An Employee, home and fire it up and play it by yourself to get an actual experience. When in comp and I am on a team with an estimated win percentage of 8-30, in the last 19 matches played: 0-10 (I was expected by matchmaking to lose and did = yes and 8% chance of winning, laughable - RIGGED). When in comp and I am on a team with an estimated win percentage of 31-60, in the last 19 matches played: 4 - 1 When in comp and I am on a team with an estimated win percentage of more than 60 (pretty much guaranteeing a win), in the last 19 matches played: 4-0 Why can't legit players get Crucible Pinnacle Weapons - because they don't cheat their way to Fabled. They suffer a RIGGED SYSTEM.

i had a bit of trouble reading that, did you say that with a team with a low win percentage, you lost more matches? if so, then i think there's another reason as to why you're losing.

because matchmaking is guaranteeing my losses - I agree. put me in matches where I have an even shot at winning and I will happily take the losses and not complain. I get 13%, 28%, 14%, 8%, 30% chances to win. [b]Are you going to tell me you are winning those matches? [/b]

idk how you get the exact chance of a win every match, but have you considered that the reason you're losing is because your team with a low win% deserves the low win%? btw, they're adding a "true skill" matchmaking system when shadowkeep drops, so if you're still stuck in heroic hell, it'll be for a reason.

nah, I'm mad (if you want to call it that) because I can't complete collections - in a looter shooter, ALL weapons should be obtainable without having to resort to cheating. so with that - there is no reason to continue playing the game, thus as a top 2% player, I have stopped playing.

nah, as a looter shooter, you should complete challenging end game activities to earn powerful loot. i very much doubt you're a 2% player considering you can't reach fabled and have to make up excuses like "oh yeah, this guy got to fabled and i didn't? obviously i'm better than him, he must have resorted to cheating the game".

time ≠ skill. you could spend a butt load of time in math class, but if you don't pay attention you won't achieve jack. i have about 1300 hours myself not including my pc acc which got rekt thanks to cross save, and i spent the majority of it in the crucible. looks like i absorbed more experience in that department.

that's me, not caring about my rank, helping friends get recluse. my friend consistantly gets a negative kd. now with that out of the way, where in god's name are you getting these statistics? are they just made up on the spot so you won't have to admit your own shortcomings?

25% of my time in this game is in crucible. I have practiced. Guess despite my best efforts, because I don't cheat, I will never get crucible pinnacle weapons. I want to see you legit win a match with 8% space cowboy. Won't hold my breath.
