Would be cool way to introduce the darkness for the first time. Assuming the pyramid ships are the darkness.
-
Well lol you were exactally right.
-
What we find on the moon is DINKLEBOT!!! He's back, he's pissed, and he wants revenge.
-
Yeah, but it maybe infested with hive junk
-
I still don’t think they even know what the darkness is .
-
Or maybe a Stargate? With NPCs named Daniel Jackson and Jack O'Neill explaining whats going on?
-
As long as I can find Neil Armstrong's foot prints on the moon I'm happy.
-
Nah, Rasputin blew it up. The whole shadowkeep story is dumb and pointless because Rasputin absolutely 100% would have blown it to hell and back.
-
How would it have gotten there?
-
I just want the darkness to be light guardians, corrupted by the darkness. And we would get to choose to stay with the traveler or side with the darkness. That would be amazing.
-
The ships are the direct minions of the Darkness. Much like we are minions of the Traveler.

Edited by CreedofWolves: 9/21/2019 4:42:53 PMI am almost certain at this point that this is the case. Too many hints that suggest a pyramid ship. Vidoc: “Darkness is closer than you think”, and there appears to be a hallway that is of no other known architecture we’ve seen before (smooth, dark, and triangular). Cutscene shows Eris touching a dark panel-like thing and the devs describe it as coming alive when she touches it. The actress for Eris posted on her twitter “Epic Shadowkeep hype, promise of unknown darkness and omnigul screams” The new narrative previews says that whatever is under the moon is described as “dark majesty”. The grimoire XXXII: Majestic. Majestic is all about the darkness communicating to Oryx.

The fleet hasn't arrived. We don't know if the big bad of shadowkeep is the darkness. We don't know what the darkness even looks like, only calus does
-
Can’t imagine what else it could be at this point, though I’m curious if anyone has any alternate theories.
-
Baited
-
Thunderdome.
-
And we could go inside 😮
-
Bryce Starks You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

Tetrahedron 👍

It would be interesting. Would be more interesting if the hive reanimated suddenly have suppression capable weapons too. Btw. The lore enthusiasts are right. It’s literally the solution for the entire vidoc.

Edited by FdYAcsoyPKN83gLE: 9/21/2019 1:30:54 AMWhoever says pyramids in Egypt was created by aliens is disrespecting the labour and impressive planning that went into it.

There was leak that said
that apprentice there’s a crashed darkness ship on the moon, with Eros awakening it’s leader
But this “leak” was on four Chan, so take it with a grain of salt
-
They said that "the darkness is closer than you think." It may means i hope those tetrahedron ships will be present.
-
Makes sense. I mean we slugged it out with those ships on multiple planets. There was bound to be one that crashed...

Please, Bungie, please say yes.

I wouldn’t hold your breath, but from leaks and certain things that they’ve said regarding the story, the moon amongst things it sound likely.
