Here's the thing, and this proves you've zero idea what you're on about. PSN standard is to set your language to English USA, so a huge % will show as American but not be. So these Americans you claim to play, are actually in the UK. I used netduma so could see people's actual locations, for many years. People with their psn language as American are actually English. As a UK player, you'll match Russia, Middle East a hell of a lot, you'll match Asia less, you'll rarely if ever match an actual American. America holds 85% of the playerbase, and they match each other, or Mexico/Canada.

Whether its an Aussie connecting here to Europe or vice versa, NA players playing on UK host., etc., someone who connects to a lobby from a another continent might find it easy, but it has more to do with the ridiculously high ping and how the game deals with it than it does with player skill in any specific region.
