It looks like you chose the wrong account as your active one for cross-save. Your PS4 account shows two brand new Warlocks, so you likely chose PS4 as your main, rather than PC. You’ll need to deactivate cross-save, wait out the 90 day cooldown period, and then you can try activating again for the correct active account.

  • Well thats really crap, that I need to wait the whole 90 days. Would be easier if there is a way thats shows up, which plattform is really active and which I wanted to change. Not to wait (cause of an mistake that I couldnt know) a cooldown period.. I will try your answer. Thank you!
