Hello,
Did you fully close your game then restart it and check your collection, it would be located under Flair > Emblems > Events.

Can also Confirm. I have looked up everyone who won MOTW or HM over the last month. (I just won HM last week) Have not been given out yet. They are prob busy w Shadowkeep <3
