Did you ever try to complete your missing 2018 Solstice armor masterworks?
I have just completed my first Leviathan prestige raid and there does not appear to be an option to masterwork the hunter Solstice Vest (Resplendent) even though I have now obtained the prestige raid emblem :(
Admittedly I wasn't wearing the Solstice chest piece at the time but I didn't think that would matter as from memory you did not have to be wearing the other armor pieces on completing their masterwork conditions.
It looks like my memory may have failed me and I needed to be wearing the chest piece on raid completion but if none of the other masterworks can be completed now either I will give up on a second attempt.

As to Leviathan Prestige yes you need to be wearing the item when you complete the raid (as with any of the items when you do them), the raid one was my last one and I actually did it yesterday. The Nightfall Prestige one need a score of 110k to unlock it (that is not clear anymore with the description on it) but that's easy to do. So yes they can still be Masterworked and I have to say it felt good finally finishing that as it bugged me for last year.

That's good to know. Back into the prestige raid for me sometime then while remembering to actually wear the chest piece! I'm glad you got yours all done and thanks for the reply.
