Hello all. I was chasing multiple in-game seals (Chronicler, Cursebreaker, Dredgen, Wayfarer) with the intent to purchase the corresponding pins in the Rewards store. I'd redeemed the rewards through the Companion app and sent myself the email codes on Aug 26. Now that I've got the money to buy them, I've opened the emails, but there are just links to webpages, each saying the offer has expired (even though I thought I already redeemed it?). Am I doing something wrong, or did I miss the cutoff?
