No deaths while fighting Pagouri but no triumph either.
Completed the Pagouri fight without anyone dying and none of us got the triumph for it. Anyone know why this happened and/or how to avoid it?

2 RepliesDid anyone die on the way to the Boss fight? We had it happen that someone killed himself using a grenade launcher before the fight started and then it did not count. So once the last Phase is over, no one can die any more.
