Nothing terribly complicated here, if this is simply a matter of the wrong Steam account being linked. Go into your Bungie profile, under Settings, Accounts & Linking. You should be able to unlink your Steam account (make sure you are using your Battle.net account to login with), and the link the correct account. Then go back through the PC Move form again, to update your Steam transfer details. There should be no need to use the contact form mentioned in the other reply, as this is an easy fix, and not cross-save related.
