@BungieHelp Hello, I am a player of El Salvador and I want to ask why the ban on my account says that it is for connection problems but that is not in my hands and for me there are no problems of concession, and I think that the ban is unfair and I want it removed

Bungie takes steps to protect the experience of all of our players. Players who have extremely unreliable connections may be prevented from matching against other players to preserve the integrity of the experience of their opponents. Your account was detected repeatedly and consistently playing with [b]Packet Loss over 9%.[/b] Your restriction was issued only after providing a warning (on Jul. 07) followed by a grace period and continued detection of these poor connection statistics for many days afterwards. Your restriction has been reviewed and upheld. Continuing to play with an extremely poor connection after your restriction is lifted will result in additional, longer restrictions, up to permanent restriction from PvP activities.
