Negative Silver
so i was dealing with paypal and someone accessing my paypal without my permission and because of that paypal cancelled some agreements and one of them was with blizzard/activision/battlenet and it force refunded one of my silver purchases, i only just noticed since i havent been on the game in a few weeks and i cant purchase silver to make up for my negative amount do i just have to wait for when we can buy silver on steam?
