Why did this game not give me what I purchased?
Hey I purchase this Destiny 2: COMPLETE COLLECTION and it said I get a free lv.30 with this purchase Forsaken Character Boost. I don’t have but gives me, only the option to buy it. May I please get this item please it’s a big reason I bought Forsaken anyway.

3 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 9/3/2019 1:13:52 AMThe bonus level 30 boost for the Complete Collection is tied to the platform account, not the characters you're using at the time on the platform. If you have cross-save enabled and are not using the characters that are tied to the platform you purchased on, you won't see the free level 30 boost. For example, if you gain the level 30 boost on PC for buying a bundle that includes Forsaken, but you're using your PS4 characters with Cross-Save, then you won't see the boost, because it's on your PC characters and your PC characters are hidden and unavailable. Keep in mind this only works with the bonus license-linked bonus boost; the account owning the license is what receives the boost as it's a bonus directly tied to owning that license.
