Midnight Coup and Inaugural Address are still amazing, Emperors Envy is a great fusion and Sins of the Past is pretty nice still too. Lets not forget Legend of Acrius which still obliterates stuff. Chattering Bone is really solid and 1K Voices is amazing. Threat Level and Anarchy are both really good. And then finally Emperor's Courtesy can be pretty nutty in PvP. I fail to see how the raid weapons suck. This is coming from someone with thousands and thousands of kills on all of the above aside from 1K and Anarchy which haven't dropped yet.
As far as exotics go, yea some suck but there's still a lot that are powerful in their respective fields.
Weapons: DARCI, Thunderlord, 1K, Anarchy, Acrius, Ace of Spades, Mida Multi Tool, Outbreak, Bad Juju, Merciless, Telesto, Truth, Wardcliff Coil, Jotunn, Tractor Cannon, Izanagi, Huckleberry, and a few others in the hands of a skilled player.
Armor: Enough that I dont want to list all of it
Not everything is going to be top tier.
IB Quest definitely too grindy just for armor. If it was something more like an IB pinnacle weapon that was unique and good then that'd be fine. Solstice was alright

I know there’s good raid weapons, but there should be more than like 2 raid weapons in each full set of line 8-10 weapons that are good. They should ALL be good. They’re raid weapons for -blam!-s sake

Not everything is going to be good, plain and simple. Its unrealistic to expect everything to always be good. Static game or live service game. Just because it comes from a raid doesn't mean it'll be good. Like Ghost Primus for example. Its easier to hit stuff and has a large mag and is full auto and because of that its weaker than Inaugural and Midnight Coup because they're easier to miss with which means they need to be more rewarding. Thats basic Bungie weapon philosophy and always has been. The harder it is to use the more rewarding it is. So even with a sandbox change chances are that autos wont do as much damage because of those factors. Why do you think autos reigned supreme in Y1? Because stuff took forever to kill and needed more ammo and missing shots really really hurt you more than it does now. Both in PvE and PvP. It was all about sustained damage. Now we're about burst damage. Again, not everything can or will be good from well anything at a certain point in time. It depends on the design of activities at the that time and the sandbox. Its just not realistic to make everything fit perfectly.

But is it really to unreasonable to expect that at least most of the raid weapons, weapons that you’d think would THE pinnacle pve weapons, to actually be half decent and not pale in comparison to some random ass gun i can get from strikes??
-
The only bad pinnacles are the Oxygen and Hush. Everything else is pretty damn good. Where did you get this notion that Loaded Question and Wendigo "pale in comparison" to a random ass strike drop??? Do you actually believe a Cut and Run or Translation Theory or Badlander is better? Because if so thats obscene. Loaded Question is literally one of the best PvE specials and Wendigo is one of the best heavies.

You failed to actually read what they wrote, they were not talking about the pinnacle weapons, rather stating that the raid weapons should be THE pinnacle weapons. In other words weapons that require you actually be half decent, assemble a group of five other half decent players, devote an hour or so of your and they’re time, succeed at what’s meant to be the PINNACLE of pve difficulty all just to have a CHANCE at having the weapons drop. Maybe I miss interpreted but yeah, I think that might be why he is saying that raid weapons should be at very least all decent if not all great.
