Hi there, I'm attempting to crossave my PC account to all platforms, but when I went to verify all my accounts I quickly learned that I had no idea what my login, email, phone etc was for my Xbox account that is linked to my Bungie account. I'm not asking for you guys to verify it because I know that is a hassle, so do you mind just unlinking it so I can verify and crossave my other accounts?
Also I did already contact Microsoft, and there is no way to discover my accounts email with me just providing just my Xbox gamer tag. So this honestly just falls on the error that I get when I try to verify my Xbox login on the crossave page.
Again, I don't know how to go about it, but I need the Xbox account off this account so that I can crossave from PC to PS4. Thank you.
(If I posted in the wrong category, just let me know because I don't know exactly where it should go. Thanks)

Literally the same thing happened to me except on PlayStation. Fortunately I was able to convince Sony support to change the email on the account with just the gamer tag. Unfortunate that Microsoft wouldn’t.

Unfortunately, Bungie cannot unlink accounts from users' Bungie profile. What I would suggest, is to go through all email accounts you have and look for any Xbox correspondence. If you do manage to find the email, contact Xbox support again to recover the account. Your other/final option is to unlink your current active accounts from your Bungie profile and add them to a newly created profile. Warning: Creating a new Bungie profile and removing accounts from the old will cause you to lose any purchased/special emblems as they are tied to your profile and will not move with you.
