Everything was fine yesterday, I logged in today and got a turtle error code before even getting to the character selection screen. I tried looking up the error code and did as they suggested (turn off console completely for at least 5 min, turned it off for about 20 min, to delete the temp cache thing). Tried switching between wifi and wired. Connection test says i'm getting 150 Mb/s download and 6 Mb/s upload, so internet should be fine (other games, twitch, youtube... are all working fine). Tried looking for system and game updates, even rebuilt the database just in case. Not sure what else i can try :/
