Im prevented from activating cross-save because I cant unlink one of my accounts.
My PlayStation account being linked to my Bungie account is causing many issues. I only used it for Destiny 1 and seeing as that I don't play that much anymore, I have no use for it, in fact, its kind of being a hindrance. I am not able to activate cross-save because I am not able to authenticate the account, I have forgotten all of the credentials for the account and am not able to complete the cross-save process because of it. Is there is any way that it cant be manually unlinked? I would appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Bungie cannot unlink platform accounts, only the platform account owner can. If you have forgotten the login credentials then you need to contact Sony to get them recovered. Otherwise you will be unable to use cross save on this particular Bungie profile.
