Are there any error messages? Does the whole game crash or is it just the activity boots you back to orbit?

The whole game crashed. Black screen, loud crashing noise. But I came back from holidays to a loading error for the actual game, someone said to redownload the whole thing so I did that and it fixed the forge as well. Thank you for replying though

I guess I should also ask if the game is installed on an internal hard drive or an external hard drive? Do you have any USB devices connected to your XBox when playing D2? You can try unplugging your XBox from power for five minutes to see if it could be related to corrupted cache. Otherwise that type of behavior on a game that is successfully running on hundreds of thousands of XBox's tends to be indicative that your XBox either has a hardware issue or the operating system has possible corruption.
