I’d much rather all bounties be active and reset at the next day/week depending on the bounty. I know that would kill saving completed bounties but personally, loading into and out of the tower is one of the things I hate about this game.

Didn't we have such a system in Vanilla Destiny 2 called challenges? I remember everybody hating them and wanting bounties back, I never understood this. The reason I disliked the challenges was you couldn't read them ahead of time to change your loadout accordingly. Your idea would be a perfect middle ground, with proper filters you would maintain oversight.
