This is where DE shits all over Bungie as a developer. They listen to, communicate and discuss with the PLAYERS regarding the game. Not just streamers or people who's only obsession is how they can keep an audience. This has left me very sceptical over Shadowkeep.

Just look at Empyrean demo from Tennocon and then look at Shadowkeep. Something new against something reused. Something offer player a way more freedome and atmoshere and something offer the same shooting range in different location. That's how you should develope project.

If Bungie had the same circumstances as DE, they may not have pulled through. I saw the documentary last week. Bungie is grabbing a whole bunch of genres and that isn’t the best idea

DE’s record is hardly unclean. They are in a better place but saying they are wholly incapable of community outrage related actions is laughable. DE’s biggest issue is, while they update the game often, the often times announce something and it may not come for YEARS if at all. They seem to do the thing I dislike about some games. Make up for lack of real engaging content with a lot of kinda boring and grindy(yes that word). This comes from a founders pack owner so I’ve been rocking with Warframe for a while. Current quality is not a pass on previous issues. If you want to watch a good documentary on DE, go YouTube and find the series on the Noclip channel. It’s good shit.

In the Documentary they stated that with their old Kubrow Cosmetic Slot Machine, when they saw the amount of money people spent on pulling that lever for Kubrow Skins, the Community complained and they had backlash from the Community and after listening and observing, they even said “damn, we created a Slot Machine” and they got rid of it. The thing I’d like to point out is that DE and CD Project Red are the prime examples that you don’t need two sources of Revenue to fund their Games, DLC, pay their employees, pay their bills etc. Bungie wants to eat their cake and have it too and life doesn’t work that way, but greed blinds.

That is rarely spelled out but if you do research on government financed programs you will see a lot of money funneled through both. CD Projekt Red is looked at as a national pride point in Poland. This matters as well when looking at both companies overall.

Ah yes the DE V Bungie debate. This is one of those " ,Don't throw stones in a glass house" deal. Even DE is guilty of royally screwing over thier fans. I would like you to google a DE game called star trek from 2013 you can read about it or watch a video and why it is considered 1 of the worst games of all time. Spoiler alert! It was the "No man sky" before No man sky. The only difference is DE never fixed thier game.

Bungie wasn’t even considering a nerf to Well of Radiance until Datto opened his big mouth and now Bungie is considering the nerf. Destiny had SBMM in Destiny. The Streamers -blam!- cause they couldn’t pubstomp the less fortunate players who aren’t very good at Crucible like they are. Streamers -blam!- cause they didn’t want to face or challenge with people of equal skill as them etc. Bungie listened to the Streamers and they “disabled” it. The Community wanted Enhancement Cores removed from Infusion but the Streamers wanted to have Infusion be a “meaningful” choice etc. Bungie again, listened to the Streamers. Sorry buddy, nobody is using Streamers as a scape goat.
