I tried purchasing 1,100 silver on 29/7/19. The transaction failed, but money was taken and didn’t receive silver. Contacted Xbox Support but they didn’t refund it. Is there anyway you can fix this issue? Still waiting on a reply, I’ve tried everything bungie told me to do
