That looks like a pretty darn good roll for Shards of Galanor. I may have to pick this up. Tried using Chromatic Fire a few times. As predicted, the energy explosion is so pathetically weak, it's a waste of time. I don't understand the design of some of these exotics. Why bother creating it if it's so weak that nobody is going to want to use it? Why?
