Hello, I have not played destiny 2 for quite some time now. After seeing all the newly added stuff I got back my intressed and wanted to start playing again. Therefor I freshly installed the game. Tried to open it, however after I press enter to go passed to opening screen I get the Saxophone error. I have checked online and did the following: Looked op the related artikel: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help?search=saxaphone This can be caused by any of the following: Players do not own Destiny 2, but have it installed from a Free Trial weekend and are attempting to launch outside of a promotional window. Players are attempting to launch the .exe file outside of the Battle.net launcher. Players should always launch Destiny 2 from within Blizzard’s Battle.net app. Players are attempting to launch while Destiny 2 is already running on their account on another computer. Battle.net authentication is under maintenance or is encountering issues. Players who believe this is the case should check Blizzard Support for information. - Tried everything above but now match therefor this help ticket. - Repaired the game files using the battlnet app. (Didn't solve) - Relogged my account. (Didn't solve) - Had a look if I was on the right account with all the destiny 2 DLC's and stuff. I'm very clueles what the problem could be, please assist in this matter. Thanks in advanced.
On pc that error usually implies that your pc firewall is blocking the game. Make sure it’s allowed on your network when it launches.
