I've played for over a year and I just learned this yesterday, sometimes you see your teammate's level icon turn into a (!). I assume that means they're low.

Slightly incorrect though. The exclamation point just means that that person is receiving damage. It’s not directly related to any specific health levels. But I suppose that is close enough to what you guessed.

that´s a thing that i haven´t noticed, thanks mate. But still, you cannot see their real time status, an Health Bar would do the trick :)

No prob! Plus that was just a guess. I can't think of any reason why someone's level would turn into an exclamation mark.
