I like this idea. I just don’t understand why this wasn’t thought of before hand. They did it with the iron banner quest, every step was inclusive of the entire fireteam and the quest was still somewhat of a grind but it isn’t painstaking.

Ya I thought that they might have learned their lesson from the 'kill the HVT' on Nessus quest step from a few months ago. In that case it only counted progress if you were the player who landed the killing blow. If they have the word 'team' in the name then all progress towards a similar step should be counted by your fireteams actions too.
