A ban was issued for your account on June 2nd for running multiple programs created by known cheat/hack communities specifically for the purpose of cheating in Destiny.
The enforcement of this ban was delayed, however the ban itself is valid.

What are all the programs you've had running on your pc before?

Same as everyone I've spoken to numerous times, I'm a streamer aswell so I always use the same stuff Streamlabs OBS Stream deck software Firefox Destiny programme Geforce Experience Usually run all this at same time never deviated from this and never had any issues previously

Just off that list, maybe Geoforce? Do you have any other programs at all open?

Not at all, that's pretty much all I usually have open, bungie cleared geforce as being fine when D2 first launched as it doesn't run any overlays, I use the in game fps counter aswell so I know it's not that which is causing issues

Bungie stated that you ran something specific on June 2nd. Can you go back and see old recordings? Or recall what you may have used just once?

Not a clue and I've been back and looked and can't see anything at all! The only thing I can think of is that I started playing WoW again and using the mods in that through the twitch/curse desktop and maybe that interfered but not sure how it would interfere in game as it doesn't change anything for me

I'd highly bet that that's it. Bungie doesn't need any evidence of you actually using it on Destiny, so if you had a mod program installed on the same rig you play Destiny, they probably flagged it. If you happened to have it open in the background, I can almost guarantee that that did it.

See that's the thing I never had the twitch desktop open on while playing WoW it was already pre installed in WoW because it was part of the game directory root files, so maybe it could have been that But if that is the case bungie should really look into it because that's not effecting the game at all

I'm not the cheating type that's why I made it so public, everyone I know was as confused as I was and didn't understand at all. I'll probably never find out the exact reason why or what caused it but I've got my new account now I've got all the programmes I need, if it happens again I'll be taking it further as I spent a lot of money on that account with silver transactions and stuff I bought from bungie store for the emblems

So because I'm asking a question about what I was supposedly using, I don't need to cheat and I never have cheated so keep your opinions to yourself when they aren't wanted I'd like to know what I've supposedly used because I don't have any unknown software on my pc

Kid haha I know it's a public forum but if you're here just to think you're better than everyone else don't bother I've already got a new account up and running, yes it's a grind but I'm not a cheater which is why I asked what the software was because its a very generic message which I've seen a lot of people get recently with no further explanation

Explain how I'm begging? And secondly it's funny you thinking I'm a kid All I wanted was for them to answer for why they've banned an account and had no interactions at all, you're the one that's started something for no reason

They won't disclose the specific information because it helps cheaters and cheat devs figure out how to circumvent the detection system
