This is Literally the same problem i am having!! I thought i was all alone. I cant even grab the next quest step for Truth because i cannot go visit Petra on the Dreaming City before the game crashes! I do not believe that there is anything that we can do on our end. The best results i have had are to run the Blizzard app as Administrator. Seems to help for some reason lol... Other than that i am in the same boat as you and it is very very frustrating.

Yup, it's insane. I'm Dredgen and I used to play in the dreaming city for hours. So I don't think it's a direct hardware issue. In other threads i've seen BNGHelp ask people to post their DXDiag. I'm posting instructions i've seen below so we don't just get a "we need more info" run around if they do respond. DxDiag: • To find this information, press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag”, no quotation marks. • Click on “save all information”. • Copy text from saved file to preferred third-party text dump website (i.e. PasteBin, DumpTxt) and share link here
