It has explosive payload full auto drop mag polygonal rifling and masterwork range. Holy crap it's amazing in pve

Shut the hell up dude...why are you telling every one one of the best kept secrets? No seriously ..I have almost the same "God Roll" except myn is master work is reload. It's good even for a scout. Love this gun, glad other people have figured this out.

I have a similar role and absjtely love it! I do wish scouts were in a better place right now though to make it a bit more viable. For now it's in my vault awaiting a meta change.

Still have mine, though it sits in my vault as the RoF is nothing compared to Frostmires Hex. Though last night I may have channeled my inner sadist by equipping dragon fly spec to Oxygen SR3.....Holy shit the explosions lol.

I've managed a transmutation with drop mag, kill clip and rampage. Thing is a monster. Pvp it 2 taps with the perks going.

I personally would say it’s not God roll unfortunately. For PvE you want a Damage increase perk like Rampage/Kill Clip/Swashbuckler. Reload increasing perk like Outlaw/Feeding Frenzy and preferable a stability masterwork. The roll you have is 100% more a PvP roll, Full Auto (Pretty useless in PvE might I add) is useable in PvP and makes it easier to use under fire. Explosive Rounds help with flinching your opponent’s and the range increase helps with damage falloff on those bigger maps
