I’ve played every Smash Bros. consistently since the very first game in 1999. You just need to practice more. Also realize that others have the right combination of talent, time, regimen etc to devote to getting good. In essence, there are always going to be people better than you. Gauging whether or not something is broken based on your own biased experience or by seeing a few videos of it is not rational, and perhaps even shortsighted. Case in point: the clips in this video are done within an ideal vacuum. Against CPUs in training mode, low-skilled players... The only people who can perform these combos, may I remind you, are those who put in the time to practice these combos to perfection. You complaining about the skill of others is like a street fighter complaining against martial artists who can kill or paralyze you with their knowledge of pressure points. You and the rest of the culture that rely upon constant patches have grown to be quite entitled and toxic as opposed to being adaptive and humble. I don’t even main Pichu or peach etc but when I die or lose to great combos, bitching about it helps no one. I just appreciate and adapt. If I still can’t overcome, then BFG, not a problem. They obviously have more dedication than I do, and that’s perfectly fine. But unlike people like you, I’m not going to advocate for punishing their skill.

 • I’ve put hundreds of hours in the smash games as well. I’m not a bad player. It’s a general consensus in the community that there are some things that are broken and need looking at. Like, do you really think Little Mac should stay as awful as he is? I certainly don’t think so. The creator of the video doesn’t think so. The community doesn’t think so. We think he should get buffed. Pichu needing a nerf is my opinion. Some people agree with me and some people don’t. That’s fine. But saying I have no right to voice about the game is stupid. That’s like what someone in the Salt Mines would say. I bought the game. I’m allowed to voice my opinions on it.

Just speaking on behalf of myself, I will see your hundreds of hours and raise you thousands of hours over 20 years, the span of the entire smash bros franchise. Here’s the thing: instead of bettering yourself, you’re still relying upon the mentality of changing the game to dumb it down to your level. The only one who said that you can’t voice your opinion is the caricature that you have of me in your head. You are literally projecting that idea onto me. That’s a sign of immaturity. It’s funny that you bring up the salt mines because that’s exactly where it sounds like you hailed from: moving the goal posts instead of applying yourself. Sure, have your opinions. Your annoying, immature opinions lol
