buff autos they are non existent in activities in all of destiny
I don't see them in gambit, crucible, strikes, raids NOWHERE they SUCK compared to the more viable weapons like pulse rifles handcannons and smgs (except suros regime thats great rn)
make sweet business a heavy cause literally nobody use it

Cerberus +1 shreds in crucible especially if you get in close quarters. I shredded a full health arcstrider with it while he was casting, it was glorious.

27 RepliesI remember PvP gamers crying about auto rifles in D1 y1 at the beginning of it, Nerf them Bungie! they are killing me! That was the start of 3 long years of a nerf happy team going on a rampage literally nerfing everything in the game. I guess they played it smart this time around to be safe huh?

I still use auto rifles because I don't play metas. Sucks when the random rolls came back and made almost every other weapon ing he game obsolete doesn't it. Knew it would happen as soon as random rolls were back. Made the game unbalanced and made many weapon relatively unusable in most of not all situations. That only thing that limited the play style was ones willingness to play outside of a meta. Destiny 2 vanilla was better.

You can definitely have fun in crucible with Veist autos with HC rounds and Sweet Business. The problem is that they're all just rendered inferior by Recluse, shotguns, and pretty much any weapon that requires precision aiming and can fire at mid to long range. Which is understandable because autos are the simplest weapons to use. Just spray and pray. Edit: spell check

It's just annoying loud so you can't really hear people creep up on you, especially if you're also ADSed and not watching radar. ;P But Sweet Business and Actium War Rig combo is the only loadout that actually _feels_ the way a Titan should. I think anyone who thinks Sweet Business is still bad has never used it recently in Crucible, or has never run into me in QP. ;) There are actually some good ARs, but for some reason, the most common ARs like the Misfit which should be good (it's the same RoF as Valakadyn), yet it hits like a peashooter while Valakadyn hits like a Mack Truck. And even then, Misfit is still good for cleaning up adds or finishing off weakened Guardians. Halfdan is good, Valakadyn is good (amazing with the right perks), Sweet Business is great, Suros Regime is... well, it's not as good as it was in D1, but it's decent now, Foregone Conclusion is still good, Scathelocke is still good, Ages-Old Bond is decent (need a better roll on mine). Perhaps it's not ARs as an archetype that's the problem, but specific ARs?

2 RepliesI love my masterworked Gillard with rampage and outlaw specs. The thing just rips. Also my masterworked Ether Doctor with rampage and grave robber destroys mobs. My two favorite guns at the moment.
