Hi there, It looks like I've been banned and I have no understanding as to why. I simply do not cheat in video games, I never have and never will. I'm a game developer by trade myself and I understand the effect cheating and exploits can have in the community. I understand there is zero recourse for overturning bans and I wholeheartedly agree that bans should be firm on cheaters but I haven't received any sort of the following: - A notification that I have been banned. - The nature of the ban, is it permanent? - A reason for the ban, I have NO IDEA why this has occurred. If I have done something wrong then I totally accept that, but I am confident that I have not. Is it possible to get more information on this? I've just recently got back into the game and purchased Forsaken just 2 weeks ago. That's $60 that I've paid for so I won't just accept an erroneous ban. Cheers, Jacob. EDIT: The only possible explanation I can begin to fathom is I at one stage had the following software (https://www.murgee.com/auto-clicker/) running. This is a simple mouse clicker that I use for various work functions and occasionally idle games which surely can not be grounds for a permanent ban. Can any Bungie employees please weigh in on what has happened to my account, as I've spent money on this product.
