Nah, I think it’s fine the way it is. It wouldn’t make sense that you can shoot through your teammate.
Just be glad that there isn’t friendly fire like there used to be in halo.

The problem is that friendly fire is the only solution -_- Like they very much could just toggle it...rather easily

*isn’t

COD days where dumb shits would strafe out in front of players nek minnet you’re booted for a TK

lol, it was so random too! it wasn't every time.

They could downgrade pvp to 5v5?
-
6v6 is fine. They just need to add maps made for it, instead of still using mostly 4v4 maps.
-
6v6 is a pain. I hate doing weapon specific quests in qp, but I am not going to risk my glory rank for. 5v5 is a balance between the two sides.
-
comp is 4v4 though, not 6v6? I'm not sure i understand your first sentance. i think the team set up is fine as is. 4v4 is more like the old days of Halo when it was actually skill based, and worked well, and i think still works fine for the comp playlist. QP is meant to be an area of play where you moreso goof around, and i think 6v6 works fine there as well. There is more action because there are more people. I will say that the state of roaming supers is a bit insane with how long they last, and when teams are just chaining supers it doesn't make it fun at all, but otherwise i think the team sizes are fine. It's the maps that cause more issues than the team sizes. But i respect your opinion! I see where you are coming from. personally i just think that team size is not an issue currently.

For me, 6v6 feels very cramped. Things like Revoker are more frustrating because of how hard it can be to get a shot off. 5v5 is the best way to split the difference.
-
it feels cramped because most of the maps in this game in pvp were designed around 4v4. Destiny 2 launched with 4v4 for everything. The only maps that we have for pvp that are better with 6v6 are all maps that were also in d1. 6v6 in D1 felt very good on most maps. I think your issue is more so with map design than team sizes. Also, if you are having problems getting shots off with a sniper then you probably aren't playing to that weapons abilities. And some maps just aren't made for long range weapons. I'd recommend having loadouts designed around the maps that you play. For example, myself, for some of the very small maps i like to run Chaperone and Lunas, whereas the maps with longer sightlines i like to use my revoker. Of course, this wouldn't matter if the maps were actually made for 6v6, but try it out if you find it frustrating right now. It's good to try different loadouts for different maps!

I'm working towards luna's, but I won't be playing too much pvp after that point anyway. I am aware of the map design, that is why I suggest 5v5. It improves on the 4v4 loadout, which I personally prefer, but does not cramp up the maps like 6v6 does.
-
i'd just rather see bigger maps personally. I am not to fond of the design of many of these haha. And good luck friend, it can be a pain in the ass, but i think its worth it!

Sometimes you have to admit you wish there was friendly fire
-
lol, fair point!
-
I always wish it when I snipe my teammate in the back if the head or they step in front of my rocket
