The game removes people from matchmaking who are having severe connection problems (or are repeatedly leaving matches, or both) that are affecting the game for others. It does this to stop you harming other games and give your connection the chance to stabilise, if necessary. I suggest you check your network for issues with things such as packet loss before re-entering PVP, or this may escalate to a restriction lasting 2 weeks. Not quitting matches also helps.
