Have the person experiencing the issue check their pursuits tab and turn in any bounties that they have completed. For some reason bounties don’t pop up on the side of the screen when you complete them during a match anymore unless the match is completed or right as you scroll over to your pursuits tab. Seems like the last update did something with bounties and pursuits that is messing a couple things up, but this seemed to help a few people that I regularly play with.
