Make a clan only public space like the tribute hall please.

Agreed. Have it be a place to show off different clan accomplishments. Raid completions, clan levels each season, milestones for doing things as a clan in Crucible, Gambit, Forges, Reckoning, Menagerie, top 3 clan contributers, etc.
