Half health falling into water... What else did you expect guardian? Has it not been long established that all water, even 1/2" deep is very dangerous? I find it appalling you would instigate a class action suit based on an action you clearly knew was dangerous. Take your ambulance chasing buddies and proceed through the nearest door please. :P
