Idk what the English name is but I think it's called "the long goodbye" ( the snipe from Insight Terminus which looks like a K98k oder Mosin) you can clearly see the WW2 style Iron sights beneath the scope
I'd love to use them
This would be a great feature on all weapons though

Yes it is indeed the long goodbye and I never noticed that about it, that's pretty cool, I think the ability to change between iron sights and an actual scope would really increase the versatility of long range weapons on top of the ability change between zooms on the fly or the scopes themselves like in d1 with the added BONUS of personalizing smaller details would add overall sense of satisfaction of something that YOU created

100% yes Like the one perk (I think it's called personalised optics) from D1 would be a good starting point for bungie And then later on the road they should add a change on the fly button especially after they are experimenting with changeable weapons eg Lord of wolves etc
