Yep, it's rather annoying to have gotten enough Jubiliant Engrams to have received every item had the knockout list been working properly, yet even after two "fixes" to still be missing the exotic emote and exotic ghost. :( It's just disappointing that they couldn't actually "fix" this properly.

True but I'm hoping that they will eventually manage to resolve every individual issue in due time. The two fix waves were probably done to cover the majority of affected players or so I hope. An answer from Bungie would be nice to at least know the issue is acknowledged and being worked on.
