It is allowed to use the -blam!- sign swastika (german: Hackenkreuz ) as a Clan-Tag?!!!!

Could you please investigate about the using for an ancient symbol in the form of an equal-armed cross with each arm continued at a right angle, used (in clockwise form) as the emblem of the German [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] Party.
I was able to save two pictures. One in the game (attached) an another from the user that using this Clan-Tag. The Member name from the Gamer was [redacted].
