Bright dust is only required for ONE TRIBUTE.
Wait until u hit 80% discount and it will cost ~750 dust. Only 45 tributes are required for the bad juju catalyst and the 80% discount is required for a triumph anyway in case you are going for the 50 tribute triumph.
Edit: Ok 5 tributes, probably ~4000 bright dust with 80% discount. I have 4000 bright dust right now and i started the week at 1200.

Why doesnt the first one say 1/5 like the other stacks of 5?

Not sure but it should, the same goes for the legendary shards ones too, calus statue sells 5 of each of the 6 different tributes for a total of 30.
