They need to free you CMs up to talk to us more, and not keep you on so short of a leash.
The devs need to come out of their offices and talk to the community more. Some of them are out of touch with how this game is actually played in the community. Their data tells them what
is happening, but very little about why it’s happening.

Yes, communication is key here. There's nothing worse than hearing "The devs have been informed of this" and then getting nothing about the topic for months. Getting overall updates on bugfixes and what the devs are focusing on next would be a big help to alleviate the overflow of comments coming in on bugs or weapon tunings. It doesn't even need to be anything huge too, it could just be a couple of sentences saying "We didn't get to fixing this bug because of difficulties, but we're still working on it." or "We didn't have the time to work on adjusting this weapon, but it's still on our to-do list." or even better "We didn't work on these QoL changes, but we smashed a gamebreaking bug that wasn't noticed until launch of ___ event. We're already working on the next bug that came up and the QoL changes. We expect to see these out in ____ timeframe." It's the little things that add up and end up meaning more in the long run. If you show interest in getting to these problems and addressing them as they come up or in a semi-reasonable timeframe, then you show that your players are your first priority rather than profits.
