Jubilant Bright Engram Problem

Quick Question, when the Event was I got so many Engrams and got so many duplicates, but I was missing the Vernal Growth Boots for the Hunter. After a while Bungie said that Players who got many duplicates and had missing items, would get Engrams after a while. I never received them. Now a Clanmate of mine made me aware that Bungie (supposedly?) fixed the Problem and made it so, that you can Buy your missing item(s) in the Eververse store. So I logged onto my Hunter, went to Tess and still: Nothing for me! I am only missing those boots (Vernal Growth), is this a bug? Did I get left out? I don't understand how it works! Would appreciate if anyone has any tip for me.

  • I'm oddly enough, only missing that exact same armor piece and have no option to recieve it despite a myriad of Jubilant Engrams. Probably a coincidence, but, worth bringing up all the same.
