Transmat effect that was purchased was not received
So my friend purchased a transmat effect with silver right before he had to leave for his class but it did not show up in his inventory, postmaster, or in the socket where you can apply an effect when viewing your ship. Where not sure what to do, if someone has any idea what to do please share.

I just figured out that you can reacquire the transmat effects from collections, so that's what i did :P not sure what happened to the original one i bought.

3 RepliesHave him check his consumables and/or mod sections of inventory. Possibly a box he needs to open/unlock.

Did they open the bundle in their consumables tab>?
