When does Bungie become accountable?

Your lack of support sucks! The game is constantly kick people out of everything and producing these garbage codes. "If you need help bungie.com/help" There is no help at Bungie.com, no customer service and blizzard doesn't care either! My internet people have been out 6 times in 3 weeks and guarantee me the issue is your connection or servers! We have tried multiple different pc's, routers, modems, I even tried switching physical locations with 30 miles from the other, I turned my graphic cards to the absolute lowest they can go, with 300mbps up and down, even on a custom gaming rig with 2 SLI RTX 2070 super's disconnect after disconnect and yet some how you are the only game that refuses to stay loaded. It used to be sporadic and raid oriented. We had to reset 10 times to get the raid to load with everyone in it. Now it is worse effecting even regular game play on quests and it is Suspending people from gambit and crucible. Fix your connections or servers so we can play the game we paid for. Maybe instead of releasing a new weapon and quest line you should stop being so cheap and get a support number to answer calls from your customers. When you move to STEAM you can surprise us and get us some real support!

      You look up the error code on help.bungie.net, it tells you the reason for the code and, if you can, how to fix it. So which part of that is a lack of help? The way I understand it, Bungie doesn’t become accountable for one person’s issue. If the game server or network failed, all players connected to that server of the game (possibly the entire game) would get exactly the same error. This [i]must[/i] be a problem with your connection. Either way, look up the error code. That’ll tell you what went wrong.

    • Yeah, you have the right to complain and all, but saying that the servers are the problem when there's a lot of people playing the game right now with no issues shows that you are choosing to be ignorant instead of trying to fix your connection. Your ISP is probably doing something different or wrong, like not giving you a real IP for your network, DS-lite, ipv4 over ipv6, and it's messing up the network. Maybe your modem is not handling the game traffic due to the P2P nature and is dropping packets, maybe there's a broken Ethernet cable and even though everything else works fine, destiny as a P2P online game, really sensitive to packet loss, drops you from the game so that your bad connection does not affect other people's games.

    • You realize that even when they move to steam it’s going to be the same line of support right? People also fail to realize they are developing an entire new game along size fixing a host of issues with a relatively small team. Also SLI really? SLI systems are basically a waste of money when not many games even utilize that anymore. You can also have a 300 mb connection but have the worst nat. When are people going to realize that there is no servers and your connection to others is still based on the host of the activity/area/or game activity. I’ll give you an example my rig is an 8700k with a 1070ti in it. The only issue I have had with this game is my firewall on windows would reactivate every now and then to block me launching the game. That’s it. Now I get everyone’s system is different but changing locations with the same pc could still mean it’s your system.

      Its always the same there never accountable for anything. There are people out there that just can not play the game, there are others saying its not there fault. Who are thay kidding its a game they still sell and updating yet 3days down the line Ryzen 3000 users can still get no answers. All you get its this: "Ryzen 3000 CPU: We are investigating player reports describing being unable to launch Destiny 2 with the Ryzen 3000 CPU on PC." There support really does suck! I was asked directley by one of the online suport team for a Dump file for this 3 days ago, the thing was 300mb he wanted me to paste this into pastbin.com. Err yer right crash ++. asked them if they wanted a direct download link, " Sorry we can not download them direct " What the hell they using to design the game on ?! It simply just stinks to hell, no contact from anyone at bungie no offical statment aprt from the one above. I understand its going to take time to sort this out, I am not asking for a instant fix here. But they can not be bothed to let anyone know anything an ETA would be nice or just we have not clue right now. All there doing is leaving it to there forum users to try and hold everything together, and while most of the time people know the answers to things there are just somthings Bungie have to do. Its just a masive let down of service from them to what I and others are (customers.) It seems nowdays with the world of ever growing Internet support and lack of the thing called phone's we are just ignored more and more. Before I get reply by some idiot fan boy about give them time, its not just you, its not there fault, stupid AMD, or anymore. don't wast your time it dont change nothing much like these posts!
