So ive been farming the duty bound for the past 4 rotations now, and im easily well over 350 runs of the night fall. i have 300k points on the strike so that isnt an issue. so the drop chance is bugged for me, guessing i cant get it to drop or something. ive got every other strike exclusive to my knowledge but this is taking the piss a bit now. the 2 guys im running with have had it 4/5 times between them in the last 4 hours of farming.
