Bungie wants to ban me for an "unstable network connection?"

So I log into D2 today and get a message from Bungie saying they are going to restrict or ban my account because of my poor connection. Every other game I've ever played have not had a connection as horrible as Destiny. Every other PvP or pve experience I load into with another person results in a disconnection to the home screen. For the past 12 years I've only disconnected from a game because of my connection only a handful of times, it's strange because I played Halo 3 back in 2007 and the connection was phenomenal, and I have the same internet provider. Every game from Call of Duty to Overwatch to Dragon Ball games have flawless connection at the current moment but this one. Maybe if D2 didn't have a peer to peer connection in a shared world shooter it would help everyone out. Also, if I get told to do the troubleshooting guide for network connections one more time I'm going to blow a gasket, I've done them like once a week every week since the D1 beta and nothing has helped. Also why should I be penalized for my internet provider being below average even though every other game I play is perfectly fine? Imagine being suspended for living in an area where reception is mediocre but yet you have paid for every dlc in that same game just to have it removed. Thank you for your time if anyone actually answers.

 • Comparing your connection today to your connection 12 years ago is really irrelevant as connections change over time, components get worn out, some get replaced some do not. Here is bungie's post including their tips.
Beginning soon, players with the most unreliable connections will receive an in-game warning. We know that connection quality is fluid, so don’t worry if you have occasional, temporary issues. If you receive one of these warnings, please visit the Network Troubleshooting Guide. If your connection does not improve, there are additional guides available that can help you in diagnosing advanced network issues. If all else fails, contact your ISP for assistance. If your connection does not improve after an in-game warning, and we continue detecting a negative impact on other Guardians, restrictions from PvP activities may be applied to your account. If a restriction is applied to your account, you will be unable to participate in PvP for two weeks. If you continue to play on an unreliable connection that harms the experience of other players, that restriction may be extended.
(source) If for some reason you are not able to improve the stability of your connection, it is recommended to refrain from playing pvp activities as the negative side effects of your connection will lead to longer restrictions.
