Ummm shouldn’t you be shooting at the other team in pvp first...so they don’t shoot you....

Yeah but imagine there’s a team of thorns verses a team of luminas. In order for Escher to proc you need a remnant from a kill, so it begins as a normal, whoever kills first gets the upper hand.
